Roots Divino - Non-Alcoholic Rosso Non-Alcoholic Apéritif

Roots Divino, founded in Greece by brothers Manos and Nikolas Smyrlakis, goes back to the roots of ancient Grecian distillation and herbal remedies. Crafted using fresh botanical ingredients, each vermouth expression feels like an homage to a longstanding history. Roots Divino Rosso is the bittersweet, orange-forward counterpart to their drier Bianco expression.

Sweetened wine is infused and macerated with orange, gentian, and wormwood to create a full volume Mediterranean vermouth. The finished product then undergoes reverse osmosis, a gentle process for dealcoholizing the spirit before it’s bottled. We love this one in a simple spritz. If you’re a sucker for a bright orange cocktail, it also makes for a delicious low or zero-proof Negroni or Manhattan. The halo-shaped label design reflects the feeling of being able to drink without any alcohol: simply divine. This one is like a Santorini sunset in a glass.
